THE POLICY OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF OJSC
“SARANSKI ZAVOD ‘REZINOTECHNICA’
IN THE SPHERE OF QUALITY

The chief purpose of the administration and staff of the company is output and delivery to the market of competitive products, satisfying the requirement and expectations of consumers, in order to provide economical prosperity of the company and raise the well-being of its employees.

Our policy of quality is based on long-term aims and aims in the sphere of quality, and includes:
- raise of consumer’s satisfaction index;
- increase of market share and profit;
- decrease of expenses due to unsatisfying quality.

Explanation of the policy of quality to the employees and their involvement into the responsibility for securing and improving the quality are the main task of the company managers of all levels.

Reaching the set aims and obligations in the sphere of quality is done by means of:
- building of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2000 defying the functional interaction of subdivisions, their responsibility and allowing the problems to be defined and timely corrections and preventive actions to be conducted;
- process approach to the management of the company including the practice of measuring the results of processes and of determining the criteria of efficiency of the processes, and system improvement;
- the principle of continuous improvement of quality management on the basis of regular measurement and analysis of its efficiency, planning and conduct of improvements;
- marketing investigations and timely satisfaction of consumers’ requirements;
- strict observance of obligatory norms, labour and technical discipline;
- perfection of material incentive system for the quality and efficiency of work;
- professional skill of our employees maintained by their systematic training.
